[16:30] Rick: Hello, how may I help you. [16:31] Customer: looking for a large projector screen that I can mount in the ceiling grid above the ceiling in a conference room, what do you recommend above 120″ I see that some of these larger screens have part numbers that end with “E8, E12, E24” What does that mean? [16:34] Rick: we have a recessed screen that is up to 120″ in a 16:9 format https://elitescreens.com/front/front/productdetail/product/126 we do have larger screen up to 135″ diagonal that you may use a in ceiling trim kit as well. The “E” designation indicates the number of extra inches in drop on the black masking at the top of the screen. [16:34] Rick: VMAX2 screen: https://elitescreens.com/front/front/productdetail/product/57 [16:34] Rick: universal trim kit: https://elitescreens.com/front/front/productdetail/product/267 [16:36] Customer: how much extra material do they have to drop the screen down [16:38] Rick: We have a few models that drop about 8″, or 12″ the model will end with a (E#) this will tell you the drop. So E8 means 8” top masking border. E12 means 12” top masking border. Standard screen drops about 4 inches at the top masking. [16:39] Customer: Okay so “E” is for the “extra inches in the top black masking, got it. So, the 1st option you sent me is the largest true above ceiling set up [16:41] Rick: From that series yes. [16:41] Rick: we do have this series with larger screen sizes. [16:42] Rick: https://elitescreens.com/front/front/productdetail/product/124 [16:43] Customer: I was looking at those, do they need a trim kit or are they true above ceiling mounts [16:44] Rick: they are true above ceiling mount, no trim kit needed. [16:45] Customer: ok that’s what I’m looking for, i see what you mean, the 180″ says E12 so that means it has an extra 12″ of material and the 200″ has 6″ [16:46] Rick: correct. [16:47] Customer: perfect…. thank you, I will see if that’s what my customer wants thanks
