Can I leave a projection screen outside?

This installer is going over all the details regarding a job involving indoor and outdoor projection screens. In this case, the buyer looked into the possibility of installing an outdoor screen. The conversation then switched to indoor electric projector screens as well as acoustically transparent materials.

The only screen I’d leave out would be something like the Yard Master Manual series.  It will retract back into its casing to be protected from the elements.
