There are a lot of great specialty projection screen materials on the market today. However, there are circumstances where the matte white projector screen is the natural and best choice.

Transcripts:
- 4:00:00 PM Johnny – Thank you for calling Elite Screens, this is Johnny, how may I help you?
- 9:55:20 AM Customer- Hi Sir How are you?
- 9:55:48 AM Customer – I have a home theater with Epson 6040UB and want to ask about screens.
- 9:56:02 AM Customer – I am looking at Aeon 150″ screen.
- 9:56:10 AM Johnny – Thank you for asking (customer name), I’m fine and I hope you are also doing well. Aeon is a nice choice. What does your room lighting look like?
- 9:56:17 AM Customer – It’s very dark room with almost no light
- 9:56:23 AM Customer – I can control the light.
- 9:56:34 AM Customer – What do you recommend for material?
- 9:56:59 AM Customer – There is white, gray and then 3d Gray…
- 9:57:04 AM Johnny – Since you have controlled room lighting and a really good 2500 lumen projector, I would recommend our Cinewhite material.
- 9:57:15 AM Johnny – If you are thinking 150”, the model number for you would be AR150WH2.
- 9:57:25 AM Customer – Ok Great. Yes its really dark
- 9:57:30 AM Customer – no light at all.
- 9:57:47 AM Johnny – you can see this Aeon series from this link here:
- 9:57:49 AM Johnny – http://elitescreens.com/front/front/productdetail/product/142
- 9:58:05 AM Customer – Is that a good screen vs B2
- 9:58:18 AM Customer – or the material is same in Sable Frame B2
- 9:58:37 AM Johnny – Both products use the same material. It is merely a preference of screen types. Sable is a traditional design but the Aeon is an internal framework with wraparound material. It is the latest in Audio Visual Design and is very popular right now.
- 9:58:53 AM Customer – ok, sounds good.
- 9:58:59 AM Customer – One other question,
- 9:59:19 AM Customer – Sable Frame 2 and Sable Frame B2 are different.
- 9:59:23 AM Customer – right?
- 9:59:30 AM Customer – That’s the difference?
- 9:59:52 AM Johnny – both use the same material, just both screens have a slightly different accessory package.
- 10:00:17 AM Customer – Ok. What would you recommend out of all 3?
- 10:00:53 AM Johnny – all 3 are good screens. it’s really up to you if you want a frame or frameless fixed frame screen
- 10:01:04 AM Customer – Is viewing area same for all?
- 10:01:07 AM Customer – Ok
- 10:01:48 AM Johnny – its a 150″ then yes they will all have the same viewing sizes
- 10:02:04 AM Customer – Also i see the ideal viewing is behind of low center
- 10:02:16 AM Customer – I have a step
- 10:02:28 AM Customer – so the angle will come to center
- 10:02:40 AM Customer – is that alright or any issue with that
- 10:03:19 AM Johnny – no I dont see any issue with that
- 10:03:22 AM Johnny – that will be ok
