[19:25] Customer: Need a quote for an Elite screen, 14 ft horizontal width.
[19:26] Rick: Hello,
[19:27] Rick: do you have the specific model you looking into.
[19:28] Customer: Sorry I don’t — too much info on the web site! Have an old Elite screen now but the motor may go anytime.
[19:28] Rick: for a screen this wide it closely to our Electric180H this is a 180-inch diagonal screen. you may get the pricing here.
[19:28] Rick: https://shop.elitescreens.com/store/p44/Spectrum-Series.html
[19:29] Rick: on the right cap of the screen there should be a barcode sticker and will provide you the model of your screen.
[19:29] Customer: I did look before contacting you. No bar code sticker, no model number. Only the Elite name remains.
[19:30] Customer: The current installation takes a 14 ft horizontal screen. The old one now in place was found at a garage sale…stored in an attic for years, the story goes.
[19:32] Customer: I had already been to the link you provided above yet I do not have the info to fill out what the boxes are for.
[19:33] Rick: here is the model Electric180H this unit measures 165 inches this is close to the 14 ft mark. you will select 180 -16:9 and material will be Max White
[19:34] Customer: Thanks!!
[19:34] Rick: you’re welcome.
[19:34] Customer: Is that 165 diagonal or horizontal measure?
[19:34] Rick: horizontal for the case. diagonal is 180inches
[19:35] Customer: That should do it….
