Picking the Right Screen Size is Tough. Let Us Help You.

Although we are in the business of selling projector screens, service is part of the trade also.  To say it plainly, we want to hear your requests and  answer your questions.  Here we have a customer who is uncertain about which specific size would do best or whether he should have a manual or electric projector screen.  Service team leader Jaime, helped the customer limit their search  quickly.  He gave options, explored the customers requirements and helped the customer narrow it down every step of the way.

*The discussion below is based on actual chat transcripts with the omission of any personal/confidential material to protect the customer’s privacy.   An example in this case is to change the contact’s identification name/number   to “Customer”.
