We went through some lengthy evaluations in regard to picture performance and peer review. The older model material was rated as brighter but the picture performance was no longer up to customer expectations. As projector and screen material technologies improve, it raises the bar of consumer expectation. The newer product delivers superior picture quality.

  • [17:13]        Rick: You are covered under the 2-year manufacturer warranty. If ever a replacement is required, and the old stock is no longer available, the warranty would be honored by upgrading by use of the most up-to-date comparable material.
  • [17:14] Customer: I assume the WraithVeil Dual is a totally different material?
  • [17:15]        Rick: Dual is a different screen material. This is for front and rear projection.
