[17:21] Customer: I have a AUDH 120″ Aeon and have a question about putting it together

[17:21] Rick: Hello,

[17:21] Rick: how may I help you.

[17:21] Customer: I put it together following directions and watching the youtube video

[17:22] Customer: one of the last steps is to install the cross bar

[17:22] Customer: but it doesn’t fit

[17:22] Customer: prob 1/4 ” too tall

[17:22] Customer: is there some trick to make this fit or something else I need to do ?

[17:22] Rick: sure.

[17:24] Rick: you will need to insert the bar in an angle. when straighten you pull the frame toward you and use the bar to push the horizontal frame across from you further out.

[17:25] Rick: this will provide you enough to slight and straighten the cross bar between the frame.

[17:26] Customer: I pull the vertical side of the frame towards me ?

[17:26] Customer: at the same time push on the cross bar horizontally to move it into place ?

[17:27] Rick: it can be easier if you have a second person to help you. pull the opposite side of the frame.

[17:28] Customer: pull on the vertical side of the frame ? assume it doesn’t matter which side ? Okay, there it is.  Thanks.
