*The discussion below is based on actual chat transcripts with the omission of any personal/confidential material to protect the customer’s privacy. An example in this case is to change the contact’s identification name/number to “Customer” or a generic name.
Transcripts:
- [15:28] Customer: Is there a screen cleaner available specifically for the screen material? The model number of the screen is the SF100HW2.
- [15:29] Rick I’m glad you asked. Cleaning your screen material is a relatively easy process. You have Cinewhite material.
- [15:29] Rick : Just to get things started, here is our general instruction sheet on cleaning your projection screen material https://elitescreens.com/images/download/material/userguides/ScreenMaterial_MaintenanceCare_Sheet.pdf
- [15:29] Customer: Is there a specific screen cleaner available you would recommend to clean the screen?
- [15:31] Customer: So this Star Frame model SF100HW2 uses CineWhite material, Okay. Checking the attachment now.
- [15:32] Customer: I did not spill anything on it, just a general dust (dry deposition) cleaner?
- [15:33] Rick : You can use warm soapy water with a micro fiber cloth to clean the surface of the fabric, using a chemical cleaner can damage the material.
- [15:35] Customer: What would you suggest as the chemical composition of the soap – bar soap, dishwasher liquid, shampoo, … ?
- [15:35] Rick : My preference is Dawn soap. It’s used to clean oil off animals rescued from oil spills.
- [15:35] Rick : Just Dawn dish water soap.
- [15:36] Customer: ok.
- [15:36] Customer: Thanks for your help. All the best.
- [15:37] Rick : It’s my pleasure to help. Thank you for choosing Elite Screens.
